We believe powerful planning tools should be accessible to everyone — not locked behind a subscription. CHAIOS is and will remain free for personal users.
To make that sustainable, we rely on two things: donations from people who find value in what we've built, and sponsorship from businesses who want to reach our community of event planners.
We are also building business directories — a place where photographers, caterers, venues, florists, and other suppliers can be discovered by people planning events through CHAIOS Nexus. This is how we plan to make the platform self-sustaining long-term, without ever charging our users.
Our other products help too. CHAIOS Sentry — our governance, risk & compliance app (currently in Beta) — has its own paid Pro tier for organisations. Revenue from products like Sentry directly supports keeping Nexus free for personal users.
